IT Staff are able to assist in repairing and resolving device,
software and peripheral issues.
In order to assist you better, please provide the following
details (if known) when submitting a Help Desk ticket:
- Asset Tag (PLS#####)
- Device Type (Computer, Phone, Printer, Barcode Scanner)
- Device Model
- Computer Name
- Version number of the software you're using
- Date and Time of Incident
- Any recent changes you think might be relevant
Please also include a detailed description of what was happening when the technical problem arose, Help Desk staff will need a date and time to contact you for resolution and or a date and time when your computer will be available for Remote Desktop support.
